Our large L.L. Bean conference room holds approximately 60 people. Tables & chairs are included in rental of the room.
The room includes a drop down projection screen & a built in audio system. There is ample parking & we are handicap accessible.

We know you're busy, but let's take some time to talk about your event! Please provide us with the date & location so that we can check our calendar. You can also provide what kind of menu you have in mind, how many people you are expecting & any other information you want us to know! We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to get you an accurate quote!
Cancellation - If your event is cancelled, we must be notified no later than 2 business days before the event. If it is cancelled within 2 days of the event, you may be charged a fee of 20% of the original invoice. The amount charged is based on the menu that is selected & the amount of people quoted upon menu selection.
We will prepare & deliver enough food for the number of people quoted plus an overage of
approximately 5% to ensure that there isn't a shortage of food. If extra plates are requested for additional people (above & beyond the original number of guests), the price will be adjusted appropriately. If the number of people is decreased within 2 business days of the event, you will be charged for the original number of guests. This is due to food having been ordered &, in some cases, prepared in advance of event.
Per Maine State Food Safety Law we will take any food leftover at the end of your event & dispose of it.
8% State of Maine Sales tax
18% Service Charge - This covers the delivery, set up, pick up & clean up for your event. This is not a gratuity. Gratuity is accepted on a voluntary basis. *Service charges- An employer in a banquet or private club setting that adds a service charge shall notify the customer that the service charge does not represent a tip for service employees.
Additional Staff—Charge for additional staff members is $25/hour per person
